If you would enjoy making a difference in the lives of homeless animals, then we are the place for you! You will get plenty of exercise, have the pleasure of meeting other animal lovers, and have fun caring for dogs that will shower you with love and attention because they appreciate the time, love, and energy you give them.
We are flexible and can work around your schedule. Some volunteers come in once or twice a week; others come in once or twice a month. The amount of time you give to our shelter family is entirely up to you. There are 2 shifts - Morning (any time between 7am and 1pm) and Afternoon (any time between 5pm and 8pm). The shifts usually take less than 2 hours but if you desire to help more we won't say no! Duties may include helping to feed dogs and cleaning, among others.
All dog caregivers must be at least 18 years old. NO EXCEPTIONS.
