We are searching for compassionate volunteers to visit our Hospice patients in their homes. Our Hospice patients suffer from life limiting illnesses and are in the last stages of their lives. Volunteers are an extremely important part of what we do at Guiding Hospice.
A volunteer can make a significant impact on the remaining days of a person's life. Baking cookies, singing songs, reciting scripture, reading books, taking for walks, flipping through photo albums, are all things we encourage our volunteers to participate in and all things that make an enormous difference in our patients lives.
We are looking for a small commitment of 2-3 hours per week. As a Hospice provider, we would be honored for any volunteer to join our compassionate team. We look forward to meeting you.
