THE VOLUNTEER CENTER offers opportunities for non-profit growth in Williamson County.
The Non Profit Fair will be held the same day as the Family Volunteer Day at the Baca Center in Round Rock
Families and groups are welcome to stop in and meet the non profit reps and also participate in the Family Volunteer Day fun.
Sign up to volunteer and learn more about ways to get volunteer credit hours for students or make a difference - This is great opportunity for students and families to get in touch with youth and family based options to volunteer.
AGENCIES RSVP HERE TO REGISTER A TABLE

Agencies please RSVP here is you would like to reserve a table or share a table with a non profit - due to limits in space please bring a small table set up for the event. We will have the room next to the grand room where the event will take place for Family Volunteer Day. Electric is provided but may not be accessible to each table.
Please bring small toys, candy, craft projects and giveaways for the kiddos and families.
Please have a volunteer sign up sheet to drive new volunteers and your agency brochures
NON PROFIT AGENCY SET UP
You may set up a table on 11/17 from 9:30 AM - 10:00 AM
The families will interact with you and your agency table from 11:30 - 12:30 during the lunch and end of ceremonies.
You will also be able to interact with the families and the members of the Baca Center from 9:30-11:30 during Family Volunteer Day by moving around the rooms and speaking to attendees.
This event is open to non-profit groups interested in communicating your mission, volunteer needs and general objectives to the greater Williamson county area.

I WILL BE ON SITE BY 8:OO AM TO ASSIST ALL NON PROFITS ON 11/17 and will be setting up the Grand Room for Family Volunteer Day all day on 11/16

You will be able to move around the Family Volunteer Day event and talk to guests. Please bring a sign up sheet to set up volunteers that may be interested. We will feature a time for the families and groups to come visit your tables during the lunch from 11:30-12:30
