Come volunteer with the Williamson County Conservation Foundation! We will be working on projects at our different preserves in Williamson County. Which will include trash pick up, pruning, invasive species removal, and more. We will be working on vegetation management at our only preserve that requires you to have a toll tag. The next volunteer day will be on September 30th from 8am to 10am. Those that RSVP will get more details.

The weather forecast for Tuesday September 30th looks to be a high of 89F. I will keep an eye out on the weather and let you know of any changes. However, currently it seems like it will be a partially cloudy day.
You will need to bring:
plenty of water
appropriate clothing (sturdy, close -toed shoes; clothes that can get dirty)
hat, jacket, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, etc.
work gloves
Volunteers must be at least 16 years old to attend this event unsupervised. Volunteers 12 years and older may attend with the supervision of a parent/guardian.
If you are 13 years or older, you must have a Williamson County Conservation Foundation, Leave No Trace Permit. Please bring the permit with you to this event.
If you do not have a Leave No Trace Permit from the WCCF, we will be holding workshops quarterly. for people to receive these permits, you can follow and find out when the next class is Here:
