Come volunteer with the Williamson County Parks Department! We will be working on Trash pickup around and inside one of our endangered species preserves. The next volunteer day will be on December 21st from 9am to 11am. Those that RSVP will get more details.
This event will be for both Trail and Preserve volunteers. Only those with our Leave No Trace Permit will be allowed very far into the preserve itself.

The weather forecasted for Saturday December 28th looks to be raining. As a result, we have decided that we will have it a week earlier on December 21st. The current high for that day is 63F
You will need to bring:
plenty of water
appropriate clothing (sturdy, close -toed shoes; clothes that can get dirty)
hat, jacket, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, etc.
work gloves
Volunteers must be at least 16 years old to attend this event unsupervised. Volunteers 12 years and older may attend with the supervision of a parent/guardian.
Prior to the event, it is required that all volunteers fill out a Volunteer Waiver by using the link below. We will also have hard copies for volunteers to fill out at the event.

If you have a Leave No
Trace Permit, please bring the permit with you to this event. If you do not have
a Leave No Trace Permit from the WCCF and wish to take part in future preserve only volunteer events. We will be holding workshops quarterly
