We are an agency that provides access through out the world to a patented well drilling process. We train and furnish access to individuals, farmers and other persons that lack water. Our process has been successful in hand drilling water wells at three times the normal rate with easy to use plastic drilling equipment. We are based in Round Rock and Georgetown, Texas.
Our goal is to furnish the best water well drilling method and to produce the best water wells in the world. 
This last year we have drilled in India, Mexico and the United States. We are scheduled to install wells in the coming year in Zimbabwe, Kenya, Ethiopia, Mexico and India.
Our patent has been purchased by ITT based in California and India.
With our patent pending process we can drill more wells and save more lives than is possible with any other hand drilling process. We will be capable of producing 3 times more water for the same dollar than any other water charity.

We are in the business of water charity. Or business plan involves training multiple drill crews, throughout the world,  to use our patent pending device so that they can furnish water for irrigation and drinking. So far we have trained drill crews in Mexico, the Rio Grande Valley, India and Brazil. We are set to train in Zimbabwe, Kenya, Mexico, Ethiopia, Mexico and India in the coming year.
Normal hand drilling crews use heavy steel drill stems that require heavy lifting devices and heavy handling tools. Our equipment is comprised of ultra light weight (compared to steel) thick wall PVC plastic drill stem. In addition, our tools use the reverse flow air lift method of drilling that produces the highest quality wells.
With our equipment we can install wells three times faster and for half the cost of other methods. That means that donated funds are three times more effective than those that depend on other drilling methods.
