Therapy Sessions

The sessions are individually tailored and provide a safe and structured riding experience. Open My World adheres to the guidelines of the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International "PATH". The client's strengths, capabilities and their individual personality, are all considered when determining the structure, the content and activities that is included in each session. 

With the help of a few special horses, Open My World Therapeutic Riding Center strives to improve the quality of life for individuals with special needs involving physical, mental, and emotional disabilities. Open My World is a 501(c)(3) organization which was established in Leander, Texas in January 2008. Though located in Leander, Open My World serves individuals living not only in Leander but the surrounding areas of Cedar Park, Round Rock, Liberty Hill, Burnet, North and South Austin as well.
