AGE of Central Texas offers a variety of services for older adults and caregivers to help make aging a positive and triumphant journey for everyone.
 
Adult day health care in Austin and Round Rock
AGE's Adult Day Centers are designed for seniors who need help managing daily activities during the day, or who are at risk of feeling isolated and lonely. Adult day services enable older adults to socialize with peers while receiving the care they need during the day. Then they return to the comfort and familiarity of home at night with their family.
 
Caregiver education and resources
AGE offers one-on-one information and referral, as well as educational events and support groups, for people who provide care to an aging or disabled adult. CaregiverU provides free evidence based courses for caregivers and seniors.
 
Early memory loss support
The vision of AGE's Early Memory Loss Support Program is to provide education, information, and support to people experiencing the symptoms of early-stage Alzheimer's disease or a related disorder, as well as their caregivers, in order that they may remain as independent as possible for as long as possible.

Health equipment lending in Austin
AGE's durable medical equipment lending closet provides wheelchairs, walkers, shower benches, and other assistive devices to those in need at no cost.
   
Peer-based computer classes for seniors (AGE Computer Lab) in Austin
AGE offers various levels of computer training and coaching to older adults interested in finding out how technology can enhance their lives.

Since 1986, AGE of Central Texas has been dedicated to providing support to people all along the spectrum of growing older, no matter where they are on that journey.  AGE's programs and services aim to enhance the quality of life of older adults and those who care for them.

In Williamson County, AGE has the only licensed Adult Day Center, located in Round Rock and serving clients from around the county. AGE also offers one-time educational events in Williamson County and CaregiverU courses through our local partner agencies.
