AGE is looking for a volunteer who is available between 8-15 hours a week M-F. The Health Equipment Lending Program volunteer will be responsible for managing inventory and distribution of medical equipment and incontinence products to low-income families in the area. The volunteer will work closely with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the program and to provide excellent customer service to our clients. Volunteer Duties: o Gather necessary medical equipment and incontinence products for upcoming pick-ups or donations o Clean and sanitize equipment before and after use o Organize and maintain the inventory of medical equipment and incontinence products Collaborate with team members to ensure the efficient operation of the program Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and products Basic computer skills Agency: AGE of Central Texas Synopsis: Recurring volunteer opportunity helping to maintain and organize durable medical equipment, and health and sanitation supplies to be donated to those in need.
