We welcome volunteers from the community, as well as current and former BCRC clients, and deeply appreciate your willingness to give your time and energy to this important cause.
Volunteer Eligibility & Roles
- All volunteers must be at least 21 years old for most roles.
- Volunteers ages 14–20 may participate only in event set-up and clean-up opportunities and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Please note that based on event needs, you may be reassigned to a different role, so we kindly ask that all volunteers remain adaptable and flexible.
- Please be sure to sign the Liability Waiver while creating your profile.
How to express interest:
Create a volunteer profile at bcrc.volunteerhub.com if you are a new volunteer.
After your profile is set up, email volunteer@bcrc.org and request to be added to the ArtBra Volunteer Interest List, you can add the role of your choice.
We will follow up with you to confirm assignment.
All new volunteers must complete BCRC Virtual Orientation, you can sign up for our next orientation on Tuesday, March 31st at 5:00pm BCRC Volunteer Orientation
Volunteer Opportunities & Time Commitments
Roles will be assigned based on fit and availability for the following shifts:
- Move‑In / Set‑Up: 9:00am – 1:00pm
- Move‑In / Set‑Up: 12:30pm – 4:00pm
- Registration Volunteer: 3:00pm – 11:00pm
- Game Assistant: 4:00pm – 7:00pm
- Step & Repeat: 4:00pm – 7:00pm
- Greeters & Ushers: 4:00pm – 7:30pm
- Cleanup / Breakdown: 7:00pm – 10:30pm
Important Notes
- Volunteers will receive a detailed confirmation email prior to the event
- An on‑site orientation will be provided on the day of the event
