1. Event Setup Crew: Responsibilities include assisting with the setup of booths, signage, and other event infrastructure. Arrange seating areas and ensure all spaces are prepared prior to the event's start. Verify that all necessary materials and supplies are correctly positioned.
2. Activity Assistants: Support activity coordinators by helping to manage and facilitate event activities. Engage proactively with attendees, guiding them in activity participation. Contribute to a safe and pleasant environment for all participants.
3. Booth Attendants: Oversee assigned booths, providing essential information to attendees. Aid vendors with their setup needs and ensure they have required resources. Maintain booth cleanliness and organization throughout the event.
4. Registration and Information Desk: Greet attendees warmly and provide detailed event information. Handle event registration and distribute necessary materials. Address and resolve any inquiries or concerns from attendees promptly.
5. Food and Beverage Support: Support food vendors in setup and service operations. Confirm that vendors have sufficient supplies and offer assistance as needed. Ensure the food and beverage areas remain clean and well-organized. 6. Entertainment Support: Assist performers and entertainers with logistical needs and setup. Check that all audiovisual equipment is operational. Facilitate coordination of performances and manage stage areas efficiently.

Support parking enforcement and uphold safety protocols. 8. Cleanup Crew: Contribute to post-event teardown and cleaning operations. Manage waste by collecting and disposing of trash and recyclables. Restore the event space to a clean and orderly condition after the event.
Volunteer Guidelines:
- Punctuality and reliability are crucial; please arrive on time for your designated shifts.
- Dress code: Wear comfortable, outdoor-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes.
- Adhere to all instructions from event organizers and coordinators.
- Maintain a positive, friendly demeanor when interacting with attendees and fellow volunteers.
