We are catalysts for peace in the community by providing life-changing services when it matters most. Hospice is a luxury for those that receive it, and a gift for those of us that get to serve.
What We Do
Resolutions Hospice provides individualized care through an Interdisciplinary team. This team consists of the Registered nurse, Physician, Social worker, Chaplain, Dietician and the Volunteer. Members of the Interdisciplinary team are considered "core" services by Medicare, and must be provided by employees of the hospice.
