What We Do
Texas Home Health Hospice provides Palliative Care services in the patient's home (or facility) using our team of Physician, RN (Case Managers), LVN, Social Worker, Home Health Aides and Volunteers.
Volunteers are strictly non-clinical and are used for companionship for the patient and their family. Volunteers have a variety of duties completely depending on what their strengths and preferences. Volunteers may visit one or two patients (companionship), only be at bedside during the active dying process or even be strictly Administrative volunteers (if they do not feel comfortable with patients).
We Honor Veterans program is through the VA and is designed to assist Veteran patients with more comprehensive care so if you are a Veteran and would like to participate, we will match you appropriately with this program!
