Who We Are
Change 1’s mission is to improve the lives of children, youth and families that experience the Child Welfare system and other Health & Human Services systems in order to ensure successful outcomes.
What We Do
We are dedicated to two core areas: Improving systems for the betterment of children, youth, and families, and supporting young people as they transition from foster care into adulthood. Our systems improvement efforts focus on advocating for and implementing changes that benefit the child welfare system. At the same time, we provide essential support to transitioning youth by connecting them to vital community resources.
