Volunteer Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Complete Volunteer Application online
- Immunization Requirements (Ascension will provide any you do not have)
- MMR Vaccination
- Varicella Vaccination or proof of disease
- TB blood draw within 90 days of application
- Current year flu shot (during flu season)
- TDAP within the last 10 years
- Drug Screen (completed at our Ascension Clinic)
- Consent to Criminal Background Check
- Commit to 3-4 hours of service each week
- Ability to function independently with minimal supervision
- Complete orientation and training
