LADDERS for LEADERS

Ladders for Leaders gives students a unique opportunity to gain professional experience, develop skills, explore their interests and discover new ones prior to graduating from high school.

We are bridging the gap between education and industry!

Ladder for Leaders of Williamson County provides students between the age of 16-18 with paid summer internship opportunities for six weeks. The internships typically begin in June and last through the end of July.

Participants work in entry-level jobs in a variety of industries including:
• Business Management
• Arts and Recreation
• Educational Services
• Financial Services
• Healthcare/Medical
• Hospitality/Tourism
• Information Technology
• Marketing/Public Relations
• Media/Entertainment
• Real Estate/Property
